I got this email from xbox and i am wondering

This was not what I was looking for. I have got the Xbox from someone and I do not know the email and password and i was wondering if you will know what the email and password is.

Totally agree! My son has been banned with no reason given. Microsoft says if you are banned the details of why will be provided in the message but the message just refers you to their Ts&Cs - no specific details are given. My son is 12 - he doesn't know
how to hack the game. If no one tells him what he did wrong how can he learn from his mistakes?

I know there have been many, many people using glowing cars on Horizon and F4. Having one will get you a ban.

(You could also try asking on the official Forza forums at forzamotorsport.net; usually you'll just get told to send an email anyway, but occasionally they like to make an example of people and publicly explain exactly why they were banned...)
