    Xbox won’t connect to WiFi after putting correct password


    My Xbox tells me “Can’t connect” after typing in my WiFi password. Everything else in my home is connected to the Xbox with the same password. I’m not blocked by anything from the WiFi company and I’ve run out of things to try, please let me know what I should try.

    I tried the soft factory reset and it reset but once I got to where i had to connect to wifi, i put in the correct wifi password and it still said i can’t connect. Should i do the the factory reset and delete all the data?

    My Xbox one kept not connecting to the internet while the internet is good so I factory reset it and now it won’t let me get pass the set up screen I put English then USA type WiFi password then it either restarts to the beginning or says enter Mac after I enter it then it saying restarts and it keep going the same thing again

    Series x connects to hotspot but not my wifi.

    I have a modem and a router. The problem is that it says I put the wrong password when I try to connect to my wifi, but I know it's correct. It still connect to my phones hotspot though.

    It was working fine yesterday.
