Blue Mountain State Game Pass perk not working

I have been unable to claim the Blue Mountain State Season 1 perk on Game Pass. Every time I have tried to claim it, it doesn't work, because neither my Series X or the Xbox App show the perk in the Perks tab. I don't know if this is a bug, or a regional issue, but it's also incredibly odd how both my Xbox AND the Xbox App on my Windows PC mention this so-called 'perk'. It will either show up as an 'announcement' on the bottom of my Series X home next the Store button, or it will show up in "What's Happening" on the Xbox App. And I have been unable to claim this Perk for weeks due to the Perk not showing up in 'Perks'. It's happened every time I have tried to claim it. It has appeared on my Series X home page, and the Xbox App. But when I go to claim it, on Series X when I click on it on the home page, it just gives me an error, and on the Xbox App, it shows up in "What's Happening", but then when I click it, it goes to the Perks page, and... there is no Blue Mountain State perk. What is going on? This is odd that it's not in my Game Pass perks, but it's also weird that both the Xbox App and my Series X are promoting it on both "What's Happening" and on my Xbox Home.
