    Please fix it soon I have a job to do and want to play a few games before I gotta go to work but lately you guys have been having issues with your things and it's slightly missing me off, you guys are what a 166billion dollar comp but yet you guys have more bugs and issues than dominos pizza has issues with there system or even McDonald's ice cream machine, you guys ever think mabey if you made good product you would make more money? (Not that you don't it's just you guys make these $1200 consoles that are essentially useless due to bugs and issues, we shouldn't have to tell you there is a issue with things you should already know they are there and already be working to fix or already have a fix ready but just waiting for the OK from xbox microcock god says it's OK to let YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS play there PAID FOR GAMES!

    Without us customers you would have nothing and unfortunately Activision is learning this the hard way so much in fact they let you buy them out bc they are going under due to lack of creativity and care for the community that stands with the games instead they want micro transactions for a little skin that they could have instead put behind a task to complete but no they are so in need of money (idk how) that they charge players money for things that should just be able to be unlocked normally I miss the days of buying my dlc maps and season pass don't get me wrong I love that we get maps and guns for free now, but why are we being forced to spend money on skins that we should be able to unlock through challenges. That's why cod is dying...

    If you have power cycled the console, have you tried resetting the console keeping apps and games?

    I see, have you tried resetting the console too? This won't delete your games or apps.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    Select Reset console.
    Select Reset and keep my games & apps

    I am also having this problem and have tried resetting my xbox several times and I also restated my wireless router also and I still can't see my friends either. Why is this such a frequent problem for the xbox 1. Also it won't let me open a party

    X1X Settings wont open/Microphone crashes to home

    I can't remove account on the Xbox since I can't access the Settings to do so.

    I did a factory reset multiple times, and managed to do one without adding any account too.

    Nothing worked.

    Those issues are really pissing me off, why is the Settings app not opening ? every games works fine.

    Why does opening a party with anything plugged into the jack makes the dashboard crash ?

    This is insanity.

    I wish there was a way to do a real factory reset, without keeping the systems update.
