My reward didnt go through is there a way to get my points back

Please keep in mind that the reward may take up to 24 hours to arrive, so if that time period hasn't passed yet, it's advisable to wait. Also, most rewards are sent via email as a code, so I recommend checking your inbox. Additionally, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case it's there.

If more than 24 hours pass without you receiving the reward then I recommend going to the order history of your Microsoft Rewards account using the following link and pressing the "Resend" button to have code sent to you by email again:

If you still don't receive the email after doing this or if it doesn't appear in your order history, then it's necessary for you to contact Microsoft Rewards Support directly for assistance through the following link:

You can see a complete Credit history for your account from the MyStatement of the MyRewards page. There you will see that you have only ever received a deposit of 1550 Credits (1.55 USD) back in September 2016. You then spent this deposit on Destiny Silver;
keep in mind that promotional currency in your Microsoft Account such as Xbox Live Rewards deposits take priority and will be used first. You can review this from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where your deposit will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

You may be thinking of a different program, since this is the only deposit that has ever been made on your account. We see that you currently have 2250 Credits pending currently, but since we only automatically perform a deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits,
they have not been scheduled automatically for a deposit. If you are asking about Microsoft Rewards, that is a different program. You would have to contact their support from their webpage for assistance with that program.

Since those Credits were all deposited, they are no longer pending and will not be tracked on your meter. Your MyStatement is a record of all past activity on your account, so it will appear there.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

There was a message there when I originally posted it, it was my first forum posting in a while, and for some reason didnt come through... either way, I ordered 2 lots of points, they didnt come through.....

You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program since that would have been through them and not Xbox Rewards. Their contact can be found on their redemption page.
