Need help unlinking deleted Microsoft account from my ps5

I used to play Minecraft alot but I needed to get another Microsoft account to go with my updated and new email, so dumbly of Me, when I signed out of Minecraft, I didn't press the unlink button and deleted the account without unlinking it from my psn (PlayStation network). Please help to somehow find a way to fix this. I think this has been a problem for nearly a year and have not found a solution. I've deleted game data and done everything I could. Even trying to bring the email back but no succession,

Please help, so I can play cross platform with my friends.
