    Microsoft Store device limit causing DLC to be unavailable in game


    I was having an issue with my ROG Ally where Vampire Survivors was not loading the DLC in the game. After a lot of unsuccessful trial and error, uninstalling/installing, and research on forums, I finally found out that this happens if you reached your limit of 10 registered devices for Microsoft Store use.

    There should be a warning in Xbox app about the device not being registered, and directing the user to remove a device to allow the current device to be registered and access DLC content. It's very weird that the games work, but DLC doesn't. I've seen people complaining about this issue with other games too.

    Not sure how many users face this issue, but I assume this will become a bigger problem as time passes and people get new devices.

    After removing some old devices, my ROG Ally registered successfully and everything worked fine.

    Evolve is unavailable digitaly but if you own the disc you should be able to reinstall. I thought the deluxe version could be purchased but it dosen't show up on the microsoft store. Just the regular version and a dlc skin. You can't buy the game but
    the dlc is $2.99.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    If the DLC is currently unavailable on Microsoft Store you may want to check the 360 marketplace as the DLCs for the game are available from there.

    As long as you're using the same Microsoft account in purchasing the DLCs you should be able to access and use it on your Xbox One console.
