    How do i fix my headset chat mixer?


    It’s greyed out and stuck on the right. I’ve reset my console, updated my console, updated my controller, unplugged and plugged my headset back in but nothing is working, Does anyone know how to help me with this?

    Where did the Party Chat Mixer go for Xbox One?

    I am not sure why my system still have other specific Chat Mixer setting.
    As best I can tell, the Chat Mixer effects how loud your TV is while in party chat, but it doesn't seem to do anything for headsets.

    Hi Sencha,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you want to know how to adjust your chat mixer. To do this, press the Xbox button on the controller to open the menu. Select the Audio icon to modify the settings. On the next page, you can find three options: Headset volume, Headset chat mixer, and Mic monitoring. Make sure to set the Headset chat mixer to 40-60%.

    Chat mixer disappeared

    I cant find mine either. I thought it might be that my headset was not able to perform that function but I checked the specs on it, and it can. However I am also only showing headset volume and mic monitoring. No chat mixer. Does anyone know how to fix this?!?!

    Xbox 1 stereo headset echo

    On that headset all the volume and mixer controls are handle through the controls connected to the headset. I don't think that controls would fix that. Do you have chat audio come through your TV as well?

    I just updated my controller and it now plays game audio through the chat headset that came with my One but I can't chat with it anymore. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
    my controller is updated and the game audio won't work sometimes it will it just won't show the chat mixer option HELP
