Xbox app PC automatically updating games

Same Issue. The xbox app stopped installing updates and does not check updates automatically. What is even more annoying is the Microsoft store app can install updates but it cannot check for them. What is wrong xbox platform on pc?

Go to the app store and update the app. Mine didn't update automatically and I had to do it myself. One it was updated, it showed 3 options. Cloud, Console, and PC.

Be sure to have the account that made the purchase of the game on the Microsoft store app, and the Xbox app

Also confirm that the time and date of the PC are set to automatic, the region must match your location

Go to windows settings and on windows update install all updates pending even the optional

On Microsoft store app select library on the bottom left corner, select get updates

In such cases, you’ll have to manually update your games and apps to get to the latest version on the PC you are using.

ok so I have restarted the PC and the Xbox games app is still not working. I am using a Microsoft Account, before downloading the update it didn't ask me for the password but it automatically logged me in the xbox games app and also every time I played a
game the log in was automatic. The letters near Personal Account are IT and I am logging in from Italy!what can I do now?thanks,
