    How do I get to speak to someone about a refund


    Fifa points purchased in wrong format. Requested a refund but denied saying over 14 days ago....but it wasn't. It was only 24 hrs later. Requested several call backs but not received any calls. What can I do?

    Bit it hasn't been used and requested refund the next day. They denied with over 14 days ago and changed the purchase date to April. I have the original purchase emails to confirm bought on 6th June and bank statement with money being paid on that date too

    Same issue here.

    Got my refund request approved in 20th of Jan and no sign of my money to this day.

    Microsoft says it only takes 2-3 business days for monetary refund after approval but this is taking way too long.
