I forgot my Xbox 360 4 digit pass code at the family setting

If you forgot the password questions or don't know the password for your Xbox 360, you can reset it online.

You must meet the following conditions to reset your password online:

1.Your Microsoft account must be an adult account.

2.The console must be registered in your name.

3. Sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Devices tab.

4. Find the registered Xbox 360 console and select Show details. Select Manage, select Reset password, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you are talking about the 4 digit pass code for the family settings then you will need to call support for assistance with that.

If you forgot your 4 digit family setting code you need to contact support and they can help you reset it.
