I keep trying to redeem my reward points for the goals set bit it never works

Sometimes Microsoft rewards is removing the goal that I've set. This time I went to search for the Roblox gift card reward in Redeem section. And it didn't show up as available product to redeem my points for. I just wanted to set it as my goal but I doesn't appear

When I go to Redeem, it shows progress bar for the Xbox Gift Card but I can't click it. Even when I try to set any reward as goal and smash the button a thousand times, it doesn't set it as goal. Please note, I don't have enough points to redeem even $1 gift card.

Still having issues here, just emailed support so we'll see if anything comes of it. There is an option in the Rewards App on Console that shows Game Pass Ultimate One Month Auto Redeem for 10,500 points. My October Goal and November Goals were both met but I cancelled my Auto Redeem as it never gave me access to Game Pass Ultimate.

I'm trying to redeem my xbox reward point but have to verify my account when i try it says they will send me an e-mail but i never receive it
