Xbox wont turn on or load

I am sorry to hear that.

You can try do factory reset the console.

Press and hold the Pair button and then press the Xbox button on the console.

Continue holding the Pair button until you see the Troubleshoot Mode on your TV.

Select Reset This Xbox > Keep games & apps > Confirm the process.

In case it does not work, it might be a hardware issue.

I recommend you submit a repair request.

my xbox wont even loads when i try to turn it on. please help me. freezes before it gets the chance

I turned my xbox on to check and its connecting when i turn it on now, but the problems still remains that nothings actually working, updates on games wont load, netflix wont start, stuff on the dashboard wont work, its running but at a bare minimum to the
point where it might as well not be because nothings working

So i use the IOS app and my messages wont load, they load perfectly fine on my xbox, but it shows i got no notifications when i try my app, i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, restarting it, logging out and logging back it, and a few other
things but they wont load.

So i did research and it turns out that this has been going on for a while, but i dont know the solution to fix it :/
