I can't buy any games on microsoft

I am trying to buy minecraft and for some reason I can't buy it. It says my account doesn't have access to it. I have a similar problem when I try to play halo infinite because I can't access the community. I thought this was something to do with a family account and I talked with my mom and tried to work it out by removing and adding myself to different families and for some reason it didn't work. I used to be able to ask permission to buy minecraft but now it just says my account doesn't have access to it. Please help me get out of whatever safety feature is stopping me from buying and playing my games.

Here is the error message:

You don't have access to this

Your sign-in was successful but you don't have permission to access this resource.

I am on linux but I don't think that matters.

Type in your query: "Unable to complete a purchase"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and payment updates" > Confirm.

Select Chat with support agent > Confirm > Start Chat.

Purchasing errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to do a Purchase.

After that try to purchase the item on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and payment option all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too. If you can't find
anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

how interesting. i'm from turkey. and i can't buy any game or any add on or any other things here in xbox live web site. i cant understad. i downloaded microsoft flight and i like it. then i decided to buy an aircraft, maule m-7-260c. but microsoft doesnt
allow me to buy it. how interesting. what should i do to play this game with that aircraft? should i move to usa?!

the same error code can't purchase it anymore still says its 14.99 went to go buy some mcrosoft points in order to buy the game boom! can't purchase it error code... all i can say that was a *** move saying it was 14.99 since i rarely buy any microsoft points
