So recently I've freshly installed windows 10 on my pc, everything looked normal until I installed steam and it was updating but then steam had a fatal error saying that it needs internet to update, but when I did a speed test on my browser it was normal of 100mbp/s then I tried Riot Games to install Valorant and League of Legends but they only top out on 300-400kb/s which was strange because normally I get 10-11mb/s on both game launchers, then I tried to download some stuff on my browser and it was also normal where it reaches 10-11mb/s on download. I've tried to restart my pc and my router to have the same results. I also want to add that its the first time I've seen the download progress go up then go back a few percent its strange... please help!
