    I cannot add a Debit Card to purchase MINECRAFT


    I've been trying to add my debit card to purhcase Minecraft for 5 days, and it didn't work for every second. I've already contacted my BCA Bank from WhatsApp, and they say the Bank might try to prevent a suspicious transaction with a merchant outside of 3DS. (3 Domain Services) Anyone that have the same experience, can you lend me some help?

    I cannot purchase any games or apps from windows store on xbox as it asks for Visa and other international cards..there is no option for local debit cards

    Is there any way to purchase using the local card

    Why not? The balance in the account is real, it was purchased with real currency. Like I said above, I cannot use a debit or credit card for the purchase because both Microsoft and my debit card/credit card issuer block the purchase and even if I call them to confirm it is me, the transaction never goes through.

    Unfortunately you cannot purchase currency via your console to add to your MS account. You would need to buy Xbox Gift Cards (denominated in your local currency) through online retailers and in local retail stores and then redeem them on your Xbox console
    OR you could add another payment option (credit card, debit card, etc.) to make the purchases. Hope this helps!

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately currency cannot be used for this purchase. I'm afraid that you can only use a credit card, debit card or paypal to make this purchase.
