    Internet Connected

    Xbox Live Connect

    But the live status does say there is a service alert.

    Is there a firewall port on our router that is required to be kept open?

    I too am having an issue trying to connect to XBOX Live. I have an excellent wireless connection to my network and then to the Internet, but when it gets to XBOX Live, it does not pass; and it says all my services are up. I have one other concern, I am
