    Almost nothing Xbox related will load on my phone


    Just today my Xbox app, wouldn't load. I tried restarting my phone and when that didn't work I reinstalled the app and now it won't load past the sign in option. When I went to the Xbox support website it loaded very slowly but nothing on it helped me so I went to check the chat bot and it also won't load so I restarted the website and it also won't load anymore. I just want to transfer my discord voice call to my console, so if anyone has ways for me to fix this or to transfer the call without the app let me know.

    I actually cannot check that link with my computer. Nothing that is xbox related will function on my computer. Microsoft websites work. But not xbox .com websites i can only use my phone to access that.

    I power cycled it and it did nothing so i turned my xbox off for about an hour, i switched to my phone's mobile hotspot connection and the page that wasnt loading finally loaded and said my xbox live gold expired LOL i cant believe it didnt load that never

    From my xbox, it will just load, nothing else... from my mobile phone/computer, there's a pop up saying

    ''Server Error in '/' Application.

    The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.''

    Hi, Kali! Thank you for your reply and the additional information

    Would you mind performing a soft factory reset on your console? By "Soft" I mean that none of your games will be uninstalled, but accounts and local save data will be removed from the console. This would help refresh your system, as well as clear any temporary files that may be causing this.

    To do so:

    - Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset Xbox > Keep games and apps.
    - Keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (for each account) to sign in again.

    * Note: Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and the Xbox Network, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud.
