“Installation Stopped” Xbox Series X

It will probably become backward compatible with series x. In this moment the backward compatibility project for xbox one has been stopped, waiting for series x

Do still need some clarification. I will try to be very specific.

Xbox One S = home xbox. Profiles A (mine), profile B, profile C

Xbox Series x = new xbox. Profile A will use this only. The intention is to not designate this as a home xbox for any user.

If I purchase a digital game on my profile A and install it on the Xbox Series X first, does this stop me installing it at a later date on the home xbox. If 2 or 3 months pass and I then install the game on the home xbox, will profile B and profile C also have access?

they have currently stopped all backwards compatability to focus on the xbox series x as i believe they are making all xbox one 360 and original games compatible on series x

Yes I do have an external storage unit from seagate which a 1 TB drive that I have had and used for few years

It's says installation stopped then continuously tried to update/install

And, if it were not backwards compatible, you might have to wait until the release of Xbox Series X, as they have said they have stopped working on bringing Backwards Compatible titles to Xbox One until the Series X launch to get Backwards Compatibility
up and running on the Series X. Form there, I imagine they will move back to bringing titles to both Series X and Xbox One for a few more years.
