“Installation Stopped” Xbox Series X

Bought a xbox series x last weekend, downloaded some games succesfully with no issue, finally a tried downloading WRC 10 and keeps stopping at exactly 9.66 GB, tried everything on the internet, cancelling it, downloading from the store, restarting the console, reconnecting the internet, restarting back to factory setting with keeping the games but nothing works
