    im trying to use my credit card on my xbox 360 to buy xbox live gold but it keeps saying error code 8C250005 once i try buying it, i have no previous saved payment options and i am stuck

    Please try removing and re-adding your credit card:

    Sign in on Xbox 360
    Go to settings and select Account > Manage Payment Options > Remove Payment Option.
    Remove the option you want to use, then add it again.

    If the issue persists, try this again on the Microsoft website:

    Sign in at account.microsoft.com.
    Under Payment & billing, select Manage.
    Remove the existing payment method and select to add a payment option.

    If that doesn't help, please try purchasing Game Pass Core from another device. You can purchase it online, and it will still be accessible on your Xbox 360: https://www.xbox.com/xbox-game-pass/core
