Xbox Design Lab Cart/Checkout Broken, Any Fix?

Issue is as stated in title. Trying to purchase a customized Elite Controller Series 2. The controller is in the cart and I am logged in with the account I wish to purchase the controller on, but I am unable to progress past step 2 (Review & Payments).

Image below is the step I get stuck on during checkout. There is no place on the page for me to enter any payment information, the Buy button never appears, and it kicks me back out to the beginning of Checkout after being idle on this page for longer than 5 to 10 seconds. I am unable to proceed past this step and complete purchase, and it never presents an error or error code of any kind, even after I have been kicked back to the Checkout screen. As you can see below, the "Choose payment method" field is empty and there is nowhere for me to enter any payment information, and the "Buy" button that should be present (roughly where the arrow is drawn) is completely missing. The button is nowhere else on the screen.

I have also tried to save payment information to my account in the "Stored payment methods" tab of Xbox Design Lab (visible under the profile icon when logged in) before making the purchase, but when I enter payment information it fails, and the "Stored payment methods" tab gives this error message: "Error occurred while retrieving data. Try reload page." (See below image)

I have attempted to checkout on 3 different browsers (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox) and all 3 browsers have the same issue. I have also tried in an Incognito window on Chrome and an InPrivate window on Edge, all of them have the same issue. I'm on a PC running Windows 10. I have also tried it on a mobile phone browser (Chrome) and had the same problem. Cookies are enabled on all platforms and I have tried clearing cache and restarting the process from the beginning.

Any help is appreciated, I spoke with a friend about the issue and he wasn't able to purchase anything either. It appears as if there are issues with the store and checkout pages that need addressing. It's a bit of a frustration, considering the controller will already take 3-4 weeks to arrive as it is. I would hope that of all places, making a purchase would be the smoothest process possible. If the item is not in stock or there is another issue preventing me from placing the order the web store should tell me as much, instead of appearing less than functional and kicking me out without an error of any kind.

Have exactly the same issue. Added some 15 Xbox controllers from Xbox design labs (there was no other way to save them in the gallery)

..then my shopping cart crashed when started to delete controllers from the cart that we didn't want to purchase.

Now my Company account can't be used to make purchase through Microsoft SE store anymore.

Any ideas are welcomed , tried Store support, looking at many threads with the same issue...no answer.

I think the cart is trying to show something but can't ..broken links between gallery/Xbox design labs and the shopping cart?

My account works perfectly I'm able to design one controller in the US store , but when using SE store the cart is broken.

It's clearly some data stuck in the backend not being able to show the designed Xbox controllers ..that we deleted from my gallery.

Have tried different devices, browsers, cleared the cache, cleared STORE app...

Before you check out with design lab it actually states this in the cart:

Due to the customized nature of Xbox Design Lab, you cannot cancel or modify your order once it is placed. Your Xbox Design Lab order will deliver in 2 to 3 weeks.
You will be charged immediately, and the order cannot be returned or refunded.

If I may ask, you mean to say without buying it yet, you want to know if you can just add anything first on your design lab cart?

I believe so yes, because adding it to your cart will give you options first before you check them out to buy it.

Are you currently trying this on the Xbox console or the website? I do know yesterday the save was there as I did one as a test. Please let us know, thanks.
