Xbox 360 messages disappearing after signing out of Xbox Live or turning off console

Hey guys, I fixed it by turning it off, removing the hard drive, connecting to xbox live without signing in, turning off, and reinserting the hard drive. After turning back on, another update had to be installed. After the update, the error message didnt
appear when I signed in to xbox live.

Will check back if the message pops back up.

After a support chat, here's what I sent as feedback (not that I think it'll get heard):

I own an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One, and I've been paying for Xbox Live for years now. I am a loyal and valued customer and enjoy both products.

I'm trying to use both the 360 and the One simultaneously, or switch between them. Unfortunately, if I have recently been using the One, then turn on the 360, I can't connect to Xbox Live unless I wait 10 minutes and reboot everything (and leave the Xbox
One turned off). Otherwise, on the 360, I get an inscrutable error message telling me to test my connection.

Clearly (and this was verified by a support chat) Xbox Live is only allowing one console at a time. I have several distinct requests:

1. Allow simultaneous Xbox Live connection from 2 consoles.

2. If not, then improve the error message so it clearly states "you cant connect from your Xbox 360 because you are currently signed in on your Xbox One"

3. Fix the Xbox One so that it doesn't keep signing in & kicking off the 360

4. Allow signing out / signing in immediately, without a 10 minute delay

Thanks for the help. I turned off the console and the controller, turned on the Xbox 360 again and turned on the new controller and it allowed me to sign in with my xbox live account/profile.

Are you trying to change your Sign-in information (e-mail address), while the Xbox 360 is turned on & connected to Xbox Live..?? If you are, turn off your console & sign out of xbox.com & hotmail.com.. Then, Log back into xbox.com & try again in My Account
etc..

clearing Xbox 360 cache , signing out of your profile on your Xbox 360 console, and then signing back in.

Are you now seeing that you're able to access your Xbox Live Gold features such as claiming a Games with Gold title or playing online multiplayer?

I have done that and it does work until i turn off the system for the night and when i play the following day i still get the message on my xbox 360 dashboard that my gold is running out. Is Xbox Live Gold servers ending for the 360?
