    Where did you get this console from? Is it second hand? Console bans are usually permanent, if its second hand, I would go back to the seller as that is most likely why they sold it.

    Got banned about 2 years ago as someone was trash talking about my family so asked him if he wouldn't mind f'ing off, got banned for 2/3 days I believe.

    Yes I do understand that, but I don't know why I got 2 bans for what I did. And also, the last time I got a ban was about 2 years ago.
