Xbox Agent threatened me

So long story short I contacted Xbox support via phone last night for assistance with an issue. The first agent I spoke with didn’t take me seriously and proceeded to mock and make fun of me over the phone for needing assistance so I asked him to be respectful and instead he still proceeded bully me over the phone. So I got mad over his attitude and proceeded to call him some profane names(idc he ticked me off) and said I’ll just request a new call and speak to someone professional and then hung up. This guy proceeded to CALL ME BACK and THREATEN ME by saying he was going to ban my account for a year since I wanted to call him names and then hung up on me. I have been trying to get in contact with Xbox support again over this and speak to a supervisor and I did speak with one who refused to give me any information over that call. It seems like they are trying to cover this up to prevent a lawsuit and I’m not having it. So what can I do? Because at this point it’s a terroristic threat from an Xbox employee and I need something done before I just call a lawyer.

You can call back but it should be noted an agent can't call you back unless you gave him your number directly

It done thru an IVR like most call centre that have callback they don't know what number they are calling they just see your name

They don't get a call unless someone picks up and you are assigned the random agent available it's like a min later

That's why the MS call back in Canada doesn't work because of the new stir/shake system

scam callers hate the system lol though I hear my friends who don't have stir shake occasionally getting calls

I know cause I have to use a voip app to call back for xbox or MS store even samsung support

2nd cs agents cant ban your accounts they never had the power

After the pro edited video incident agents aren't even named anymore

Stepto Boris bootblack etc

But they never had the power to ban unless a report or encounter online

There are teams that review reports it's not just one person

3rd if you got a service request number the call would've been also.recorded well all calls are recorded it's simple matter of pulling up your account on their end and seeing notes for Sr numbers

the 13 calls came one after another after i had tried to sort out the problem i had and then the agent threatened me, and refused even to let me complaint about his conduct.

that's just it. I have already done said advice and he keeps threatening me when his other friends who are also mine find out that hes been threatening me. THe cycle keeps repeating itself. as i said. The Xbox agent told me to post here but i have taken
his advice and posted in a forum that the Enforcement team does pay attention to. i want this problem resolved. because his threats keep coming but thru different people on my friends list

I was playing and my friend had invited me to a party. This guy was being a jerk to his gf and i told him to chill. He threatened to boot my offline in an xbox live party and also threatened to screw up my xbox with irc or something like that on kik messenger.
His GT is [Mod Removed]. My GT is . Pleases help so far he has booted me twice and wont even let me get online without threatening to boot me.

by calling out his/her name that person cannot defend him/her when you do that you must report that user via your console and follow the advice of the user above thanks.
