    Xbox series X Audio Crackling


    My console's audio has been crackling

    First I noticed it if I tried to open the quick menu while in matches in For Honour, the audio would get slowwwwed and crackle awfully like it was a slowmo vid

    However this same crackling distortion noise keeps now cropping up in all my audio

    Like I'll be on YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, etc and suddenly the audio is terrible and crackly

    The weird thing is audio outside that app is fine, like menus etc

    It's just quite annoying because it ruins my immersion in games like BG3, and if we're trying to watch something it's annoying to have to restart the app to fix it

    - Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program?

    - Is this happening on both TV and headphone audio?

    - Are you using an HDMI hub/splitter?

    - Besides your TV, do you have other external devices plugged into your console?

    Guess that update didn't work. I just got a Series X about 2 weeks ago. There are often audio crackles, pops, or static while navigating the dashboard. I can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet. My first Xbox since 360, and this is what I get😡. Microsoft, fix this problem!
