    Xbox Series X Controller Discon̈nects on certain games


    I got my xbox sx in December from ab Ebay seller. Was pretty much brand new. Since I have had it on certain games the controller disconnects and reconn̈acts for no reason. Does this on Alan wake , resident evil 3&4 and dragons dogma 2. It doesn't do it on fifa or forza or Assetto Corsa Competition.

    I have tried the paperclip reset and nothing, also moved my router and reload the software but still does it.

    I play on xbox series x the games that i mentioned works perfectly fine but suddenly at a certain point the controller stops working so im obliged to remove the battery from my controller and leave the game and i still can't find a solution

    Thank you for the promp response. No, it is not via bluetooth. I only play with the controller on a cable into the xbox. I do not play wireless. What is odd, as I explained earlier, my options button is not working at all, and it seems over sensitive when not in a game. It is very annoying as I cant select certain things due to this, and in game I can not access certain functions, as the option button is not working at all. Im on an Xbox Series X with an Elite V2 Controller

    I can't find one designed for series x controller. They are all for xbox one controller and don't fit series x controller properly.
