I’m trying to make a developer mode account but I don’t know what to put for country/region...

If you aren't physically in the US it wont work as you need a payment method for.it

May be a regional thing for purchasing games. Like on Netflix some movies and shows show up in one country but aren’t available in another. I’m able see and save the DOA games in my wishlist but the MK and MK/DC games are unavailable to me and I’m in the US. So I don’t know what’s going on on my end

I know gamesharing is legal

What I don’t know is does sharing a license that’s in first place bought from another region and put (account a) at risk of getting ban will also put (account b) at the same risk for sharing it ?
