How can I install this "Xbox Live Services" app/component?

On my PC I recently deleted the "Xbox Live Services" app, (not to be confused with the MAIN Xbox App or Game Bar or Gaming Services component) because I did not know what it was for and from then onwards my Xbox app (the main app for PC Game Pass with the ability to view games and download them) no longer opens up or works.

I backtracked my actions and ruled out the lack of that app to be the sole reason behind why I does not work anymore since I did all the other usual steps (uninstall etc)

My Gaming Services are not working.

Hi and thanks for reaching Microsoft Xbox gamer's community. My name is Josef.
I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft Xbox user like you.

Hope you're doing great today despite this BLINKINGSTEAK12

Did you tried checking the Xbox PC app?
You can install gaming services from there as well

When you open the Xbox application a blue notification with the following message is going to appear at the bottom:
"This app needs an extra component. Gaming Services is needed for playing some games. Administrator approval required. Install"

Select Install to reinstall Gaming Services, once installed check again

Let me know if you’re able to install gaming services in that way

    Problems with gaming services

Hi Mateo, please try installing minecraft and gaming services via Xbox app. Not Microsoft store.
    If possible cancel those downloads

If the issue persists reinstall Gaming Services using powershell command

Press Windows key + X and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

Type or copy / past the following command and press Enter:

    Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

Restart the PC and Open the Xbox application.

A blue notification with the following message is going to appear at the bottom:
"This app needs an extra component. Gaming Services is needed for playing some games. Administrator approval required. Install"

Select Install to reinstall Gaming Services, once installed check again if you can install Minecraft.

If that doesn't work reinstall the Microsoft store and all its components :

I can’t sign in to Forza Horizon 4

Thanks, please check this (can be a bit odd but try it)

Open the Xbox app and see if the app ask you to install extra components.

Also, check for updates for all the apps in the Microsoft Store

    After that do this:

Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

    IP Helper

    Xbox Live Auth Manager

    Xbox Live Game Save

    Xbox Live Networking Service

    Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.

Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)

If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and try again.

    --------

    If that doesn't work:

Press Windows + X, then click on Windows Powershell (Administrator)

Then type or copy/paste this command and press enter:

    Get-appxpackage Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider | Remove-AppxPackage

Then clear Microsoft Store cache. Press Windows + R, type wsreset, and hit Enter. A blank Command Prompt window will appear—wait for it to close and for the Microsoft Store to restart.

After that is to update Windows and App components. Make sure that your system and Xbox App are running the latest versions. To do this, please open Settings > Windows Update and install any pending updates.

Open the Microsoft Store > Library, and update Gaming Services, Xbox App, and related components.

Kindly check for corrupted system files. Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:
