i want to use paypal to pay xbox dev mode how i do it and its possible?

There is such a function in Dev mode.

It is possible to use a virtual machine in Dev Mode.

Bro of course I know its the developer's issue when they dont provide an updated version or paid dlc. However, when many of the developers dont do that, we the players need to talk to each of the devs ourself? XBOX has no responsibility on supervising the devs provide the updates on time after it used our game pass subscribers' money to pay for devs? Also, there is still room for XBOX to improve even it already made sure the devs provided the updates on time since if XBOX has a long approval time on the patched received from the devs, its meaningless. Anyway, in a nutshell, xgp players just want to have the same game version as listed on steam, get the updates as soon as possible when the game devs published on other gaming platforms but not after weeks. Currently, XBOX obviously cannot fulfill this expectation so its the concern.
