My Minecraft microsoft problem... How do i deal with this??

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Minecraft account.

Since you have been using your Microsoft account, it might be possible that your Minecraft was already migrated to your Microsoft account.

In order to fix this, you will need to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft game license was purchased.

Kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft game.

From there, check if you have any Minecraft transactions. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to login to Minecraft Launcher.

If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.

Thanks for replying! I appreciate it very much! The problem with my minecraft account now is that when I migrated it I used my own gmail account but when I bought my minecraft account I used my dad's gmail account to buy it. I saw on youtube that you had to use the same gmail account as when you bought minecraft to link your minecraft account to a microsoft account. But I didn't do that I used my own instead of my dad's. So basically what Im trying to say is how do i change my microsoft account that i linked to my minecraft account?

I am having the same issue. I can't log into my microsoft account In minecraft on ps4 however, I have no issue logging into my account on the xbox website and Microsoft website so what's the problem and how do I fix it?

yes i can see my user. The problem of minecraft i was talking about is that is even i enable all security options and log out from everywhere and play minecraft again it still keeps on saying i logged in from another location im not able to fix this problem i asked mojang what to do and they told me to tell microsoft on how to fix this problem

Please, repair the XBOX app installation:

Press the Windows Key+X > Select Apps > Search for XBOX > Advanced > Restore

Then, on the same page, press Repair.

Restart your PC and follow these steps:

Launch the Xbox app for PC.

Click your Profile picture.

Click on Support.

Click on Gaming Services Repair Tool.

Click on Start Troubleshooting.
