My xbox is located in a cabinet with a couple of inches space either side and about one inch headroom. Do you think this adequate for ventilation purposes?

Modern consoles get hot even a ps5 OG can get upto 65 -70 degrees I can heat a whole floor with one

Xbox series x can go 60-65

I Donna about the ps5 slim I haven't had time to really measure it but I don't have to take off my shirt whrn running the slim so far even in winter

You gotta remember there is modern cpus in consoles and like a cpu they emit heat and a lot of it

Cpus on a desktop can be 75-100 degrees
