    Why ?

    Just tell your bank to block the charges and any further charges and ask the bank to reclaim as much money as possible.

    If you don't have an account or a console then Microsoft wouldn't have your name and payment details on file.

    What has likely happened here is your credit card details have been stolen/compromised and someone has used them to buy content for themselves online.

    Report the transactions as fraud to your credit issuer.
