Can't get through to a SINGLE person to talk to them

and a bot responds. What you have to do is keep trying until the system connects you with a real person, over and over again.

Going through the same issue with my One X right not, ridiculous that I can't get a number to talk to an actual person, forums and online chat not working to resolve issue

I had already gone through all of those steps but I went through them again.

I type "Talk to an agent", and enter my reason.

I enter the captcha code, then key in my phone number, and every single time I get the same message;

"We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later."

I have tried this at least twenty times now. I've spent hours on this and I am very busy. I can't actually believe Microsoft can't code a working address input screen. I just need to change the county in the address. Please provide me a direct email or phone number for the person who can help me do that. Why is that so difficult?

I can't even get through the single player. It just drags on and is uninteresting.
