How to transfer xbox account history, status, and achievements to another account

I've seen a few people in 2018 and 2020 ask questions around being able to transfer xbox account history, status, and achievements to another account. My son also has been working off my hotmail account and is getting older and it's now becoming an issue for us sharing an account. He too has spent a lot of money and time on different xbox games and he wouldn't want to lose ait.

Has Microsoft created a solution to this. I would say this will be a regular questions as time go on.
