My account was hacked and the email was changed completely

This article doesn't help due to the fact that when they hacked my account they changed the email address as well so I am completely unable to access that account.

but thats what im not completely sure about. im not sure if it was completely changed. and i already locked my account cuz my profile was hacked. they should already know that its my profile considering they know that i didnt hack my own my account. i also
dont want to lock my account for an investigation for no reason. the last time i got hacked, i locked it and the person that hacked my invited me to his own party and told me the email and password. I recovered it onto my xbox but couldnt play on the profile

Hi Chua, I know the next reply can be frustrating. But I must inform you that if the hacker managed to change the email linked to the account, it is not possible to get it back.

I have already tried this, the thing is that the hacker has changed the email of the account itself into a bunch of gibberish, basically rendering it impossible for me to recover as the account itself is now no longer connected to my email. It simply says my account no longer exists
