Cannot use gift card for minecoins purchased through GameStop. How can I redeem?

Kindly confirm if you will be able to see the redeemed gift card transaction just in case the gift card was redeemed on your Microsoft account by signing on to account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you tried to redeem the gift card.

Check your other accounts' order history as well if you're unable to find the transaction.

Also, check the account Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that the gift card was accidentally redeemed on one of their accounts.

with all due respect, I did not make a one-time purchase. I purchased three separate gift cards. each gift card is $19.99 and is good for 3500 Minecoins. Each gift card was rung up by the Target cashier separately and each gift card has it's own distinct "Download Code." again, we've done this multiple times in the past: i.e. bought separate Minecoin gift cards, each of the same value and Minecoin denomination and redeemed each gift card on my son's Microsoft/Xbox account. each time we redeem a gift card, I can go to our Order History and see each card and see each Minecoin amount as well as log into his Minecraft account to show all Minecoins redeemed. so again, with all due respect, these are not one-time purchases. I've seen others on this forum who've had the same issue.

In order to complete purchases through your console or online you would need either a debit/credit card or you can always use Microsoft Currency to complete the purchase.

You can go over to a retail store to purchase a gift card so that you can redeem the gift card to your account, once you have done this the funds will be transferred to your account and will be available for you to use.
