Refund status

Thanks! This is what I thought would happen, but I figured I should do what they said.

One more quick question, will I receive my refund back to my Visa or be credited to my Microsoft account?

The ambassador who told you this is an idiot. LIVE is one big service that isn't divided into PC and Xbox sections, PC owners can use their GTs on the 360 and vice versa. I personally use my 360 created GT when I want to play Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection
on my PC (a game bought from Steam I might add, game requires you to have a LIVE GT before you can play it though) and I used my GT to purchase the original Stalker from GFWL marketplace when it was going for 75p. All you need to do to get your PC created
account on to your 360 is just recover it to your console, you need the e-mail and password used to create the account, the patience to wait for it to download and that's it.

The refund issue is something you'll need to take up with phone support as no one here can help you but the GT thing you were told is completely wrong and the ambassador is an idiot for telling you such things. I'll leave the excuses and profuse apologies to
them.
