It is a pity that your refund request has been rejected, try to request your refund again, in case your refund is rejected again, reply to the email we sent you, so the team in charge can study your situation again and make another decision, to fill in the form remember to go to your transaction history, look for the purchases you want to refund, copy the transaction number and enter it in the form. Just to remember, the time to request a refund is 14 days, if that time has expired your refund request will not be processed and your money will not be refunded.

Update:

Second refund request denied for the time period, even though the initial refund was within the allotted time period, and I haven't played the games.

I ran into a similar situation where I was trying to buy In-Game credits for Rocket League so I could buy the Season Pass. When I went to purchase a simple 1100 credits (which costed me $10.81) I got the same error message.

When I saw it say “Try again in a little bit.” naturally I assumed my purchase didn’t go through. I tried it again 3 more times with the same error message. Then suddenly I’m getting emails about all 4 attempts actually going through with the purchases. I only needed 1 of these purchases to go through, not 4.

I tried to get a refund for the other 3 purchases, but they were denied, despite giving me the option to request them for a refund. I’m now out of $30.00+ I didn’t mean to spend because of a faulty error message I got from the store, and I can’t even get my money back!

The reason for the denied refunds was because I can only submit a certain number of refund requests per year, but this was the first time I ever submitted a refund request this whole year!

I’ve been trying to email Xbox about this issue and I’ve gotten no reply! All I want is my $30.00+ back. I didn’t even use the credits those unwanted purchases got me.

Please is there any way I can get this refund approved and my money back?

i have bought content add ons for fifa and within a few hours i didn’t receive them and now i’m not getting a refund!

Refunds are typically issued for requests made within 14 days of the purchase date for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time. You can make refund requests for purchases within a 90-day period, however not all requests will be accepted.
