My console has been banned but i have no active suspensions

That's pretty weird since i can't find that email message, btw is there a chance to get the console unbanned?

Either an email to the address linked to your account or notification on your console.

Check your spam folder if you don't see an email.

It says something went wrong and it tells me to enter the code 0x80a40020

I have not recieved any message about the suspension through email or any other way, what should i do in this case? I'm really worried that i won't be able to use my console anymore so i would really appreciate if you can help me with this
