Xbox App stuck on logo and Microsoft Store not downloading Minecraft Launcher

I see. If that fails, try downloading the game via Minecraft launcher. You can download the launcher through the Microsoft Store app, Xbox app, and the Mojang website. After installing the launcher, log in with your Microsoft account and download Microsoft Dungeons.

Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I apologize for a delay in response.

I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Since the purchase is showing under your Microsoft accounts order history, you should have access in the Minecraft Launcher.

Please try this:

1. Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

2. Once that is done, please try to logout your account in the Microsoft Store application and Minecraft Launcher then log back in. Make sure you are using the same account in both Minecraft Launcher and Microsoft Store.

If the issue will persist, I recommend downloading the Xbox app then login your Microsoft account in there. After logging in, try to launch Minecraft Launcher from there and if possible, try to uninstall your current Minecraft Launcher and then re-install it directly from the Xbox app.

Please check if you can access the game by following the steps I’m going to share below:

-Download and open the Xbox app on your PC
-Verify that you sign in the Xbox app and the Microsoft account with the account that you used to purchase Minecraft.
-On the Xbox app, search for the Minecraft launcher once you click on Library and download it.

Note: in case the Minecraft launcher doesn’t appear there, look for it and download it by clicking “Microsoft Store” on the Xbox app.

-Once downloaded the Minecraft launcher, access with the account that owns the game and try launching Minecraft for Windows when the launcher downloads all the dependencies.

I could not find and download Minecraft Windows 10 Edition in the Microsoft Store app.
