    I’ve started to receive this message when I load a multiplayer game up. I’ve checked other posts regarding this problem and done what Microsoft advisers have suggested but it’s not working, can someone help please?

    Are you using a child's account?

    This is probably due to Parental Controls, if the game has multiplayer options, that's probably what is preventing you from playing.

    Please, enter this link: https://account.xbox.com/settings

    Make sure to configure it accordingly.
