I gifted someone a game but they didnt get it and I cant refund

Sometimes, gifts sent to someone through the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store may take up to 24 hours to arrive. If after this time your friend still hasn't received the gift, you can check your purchase history by using the following link:

From there, you can find the gift code and manually send it to your friend so they can redeem it.

I would like to clarify, is your friend able to redeem the code? Because if the game code has been redeemed, I apologize but we will not be able to request a refund.

By the way, when i mean i cant install it, i mean theres no install button and i can only buy as a gift, i also tried to refund it but i cant because its been more than 14 days since the purchase and a human didnt look over the request
