    The availability of the call depends on the country you live in and the time when you request support. I can provide you with the link where you usually request support, and personally, I access it to contact Microsoft.

    appreciate your time on the response.

    Yes, I read about 24hrs timeline already and wondering still I have not received anything.

    Are you aware of any contact number of support team ? It's really strange that none is mentioned.

    In my 1st email, I could see this as step 6 and after this there is NO email at all and no printable copy is available on my account.

    I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft Xbox user like you.

    Usually, the email response is immediate. I also recently contacted customer service for a repair and received the email right away. If you are sure you've checked your email thoroughly and that the address is correct for your account, it's advisable to contact customer service again. The maximum response time is 24 hours, as you can read on the official support page, for which I'm providing the link.

    I hope it gets resolved soon, but typically Microsoft's service works excellently.

    Xbox support is a joke

    You can go to https://support.microsoft.com/devices and open a repair request to obtain all the shipping labels with out having to contact support!
