How can I get my lost save files from bg3

Okay,

I followed all the steps listed and game will still not work. I have also how lost 18 months of saved files.

Can I get some help here on both how to fix my original issue and how I can reaccess my saved files?

I just lost my save, now i can not even get past the press any key to start screen, i checked my hard drive but no save file, so now not only did i lose my save, but i cant even start from scratch...

Being able to have multiple save files when one gets corrupted WOULD save the problem. The problem lies within the game crashing and pulling the save from the cloud. If I had 2-3 save files...when the game crashes and reloads...I can load one of my save
files (not the default as that one is now corrupted) and bam....I've lost nothing but the little bit of time I'd been playing that day.

As I uninstalled the game i don't have any save file on pc, hence the 'I lost my saves'

It should be downloaded with the game like before but it's not the case.

How can I check cloud sync and force a sync ?
