    Pc crashes after starting a game on Xbox App.

    Never found a solution, happens only with the Graphic Card and not when I use the one intregated in the cpu.

    I'm sorry to have this problem, with the intention of helping you, the user Wille M published in a Microsoft thread some solutions to solve this problem, so I would like to know more details to understand this error a little more.

    1. Open the Xbox app and note the time it occurred;
    2. Press Windows+Q keys, type and click Event Viewer;
    3. Click Windows Logs > Applications;
    4. Find the event that has Alert, Information or even Error near the time when the Xbox app was not opened.
    5. Right-click on the event;
    6. Select Copy > Copy Details as Text.

    Additionally, it would be interesting to also check the logs in System and Applications and Services Logs > Hardware Events.

    Note: Please submit any bugs and useful information you find.

    Oh, by the way, what are the specifications of your PC? Memory, HD or SSD, Motherboard and video card.

    Good morning

    Some games automatically switch between keyboard/mouse and controller input depending on which device is being used. In such cases, you can try disabling the keyboard/mouse input in the game settings.

    This could also be the cable with poor contact, it is a very common problem, and on your xbox it may not show due to the lack of time compared to the pc. it could still be the USB port that is having a problem, try to use other ones.

    Please try the latest preview release of 10586, it solves a bunch of problems in earlier builds around games and input. Please note that there are still games that may not have certain buttons functioning the same, but input ceasing to work should not be
    an issue.

    ok, i get it that cripples would need to use multiple inputs i guess.

    but that means nothing to me, its not my problem my problem is hackers not cripples.
