troubleshoot, eject ad bind buttons don't work

Sorry to hear you are having this option. Have you tried doing a full power cycle or turning off auto HDR? Is it stuck on the green screen even after turning it off and back on again?

I held the bind and eject buttons and held the power button down to bring up the troubleshooting menu

Have you already tried the following?:

Power off your Xbox, press and hold the Bind and Eject Button, Press the power button while still Holding Bind and Eject Button till the Troubleshooting Screen appears. Select reset and to Keep your games and apps.

If nothing works for you, your console may Needs to be replaced.

Have you tried to restart your console, it is the less recomendation I can do

1. Press and hold the Bind button (the one on the left side) and the Eject button located in the front, and press the Xbox button on the console.
   
2. Continue to hold the Bind and Eject buttons for around 15 seconds.
   
3. When you listen to the power-up tones, release the Bind and Eject buttons, and the Xbox One Startup Troubleshooter will load.
   

Is there by an chance you have another power pack laying around to try and see if the pack that has an issue?,
