However, as general recommendations, you could try:

A. Power cycle the console:

Turn off the console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will be turned off.

Turn on the console again by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on the controller.

If you do not see the green startup animation when the console is restarted, repeat these steps.

Be sure to hold down the power button until the console is completely turned off.

Important: If the console is in sleep mode, the steps above will turn off the console completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on the console by saying “Xbox on”, will not be activated until you restart the console.

B. Connect your console to a different Wi-Fi network, like a mobile hotspot, before trying to play the game again.

That looks like an error code. It usually appears when you can’t purchase or access something in the Microsoft Store and sometimes under more info for account sign in issues. The error code will change each time you refresh the page.
