    Having a lot of problems


    So for the last 2 weeks my rewards have not been recognized, even though I have played my game pass games and got achievements. I also have not been able to do them on my phone. Ontop of my achievements are not being recognized. It's very frustrating so if I can get a response I'd really appreciate it.

    Im going to have to call them in that case, because if i decide to turn auto renewal off, it asks me to get my parents email and pass, but i cant get them. So im screwed.
