I can imagine that you are disappointed that you cannot use mods in Skyrim Anniversary Edition for Xbox.

According to a tweet from Bethesda, the Skyrim Anniversary Edition mod server is currently down due to a technical issue. Bethesda is working to resolve the issue and expects the server to be back up soon.

As for when the server will be back up, Bethesda hasn’t provided a specific date. However, the tweet says that Bethesda will provide more information as soon as it is available.

This would be awesome I love playing around with mods on games like skyrim. I have skyrim for the 360 but bought it on the PC just to play with all the MODS people created...it's amazing.

I already bought Gears 3, Forza 4 and Battlefield 3. Now I just need Modern Warfare 3, Halo Anniversary and Skyrim and I'm good until next fall.

Sadly because Bethesda wants people to buy their anniversary upgrade they implemented a bug that causes lag and/or freezing of the Skyrim menu to make it impossible for people to start up a game unless you play offline without mods or buy the anniversary upgrade. If you want to play Skyrim you will have to play offline unless you want to be suckered into buying the anniversary upgrade like so many others. Your choice. And yes they really did do this on purpose.

This is no help for all the Xbox and PS versions of Skyrim that is not playable due to the bugs introduced by the Anniversary Patch, and Anniversary Upgrade. This needs to be fixed
