Why am I blocked from Minecraft launcher?

Upon checking here on my resources, I am able to see steps on how you can repair your store:

Follow these steps to repair the Store and apps.

Copy these commands and paste them into Powershell. First, right-click on the Powershell side to enter Administrator Mode.

1) launch powershell in Modo from Administrador
2) Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
3) Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

why use the launcher, i use minecraft direct without the launcher, you have the option to install minecraft with or without launcher in the xbox app.

Thanks for answering, I think i’ve updated my security information but i didn’t see anyone suspicious in there, there were a couple of tries to enter in the account, and one of them was from Albany, but they were blocked. I don’t know why tho my microsoft store, xbox live and minecraft launcher still don’t work.
